The brief

Created as part of a styling course at NABA Milan, exploring the visual language of Versace through mock editorial covers and still life compositions. It draws on the brand’s legacy of glamour, power and sensuality.

All clothing, accessories and props were sourced locally through Milanese rental shops. The project is as much about resourceful styling practice as about the aesthetic — translating a bold house language into contemporary editorial imagery on borrowed stock.

Borrowed stock, house language
Mock cover — full length in a black satin slip dress with a gold chain belt, magenta satin opera gloves raised overhead and knee-high buckled boots

Still life

One composition carries no model at all — a buckled leather boot balancing a glass of wine, shot flat against a pale ground.
